Advising Tools Workshop

 

It was my honor to conduct an “Advising Tools” workshop for the Engineering Faculty team at the University of Bahrain.

 

The objective of this workshop is to equip the Faculty team with the guiding skills and tools in advising the university students.

 

The workshop used a combination of tools and assessments through discovery cards.

 

The session took us 2.5 hours and I enjoyed every minute of it. I am looking forward to other workshops in the near future.

 

Enabling university lecturers and company managers with “Advising Tools” is very important. It gives them the necessary skills and tools for them to be part of their people’s development and performance improvement.
