NAVIGATE® Career Interest Cards
The cards were developed out of practical experience in coaching and career development sessions, to help the practitioner make interest exploration an interactive experience built on choice, dialogue and awareness.
The client reads the activities and engages with them, and begins during the activity itself to think about what attracts them, what they enjoy, and where that interest has shown up in their experiences.

The value lies not only in arriving at a RIASEC code, but in the conversation that happens on the way there, and in what it reveals about what the interest means to that person.
Built on the Holland RIASEC model
The tool draws on Holland's model of career interests, which organises interests into six main types.
