The first live services of Inspiring Careers are four elements, with a clear line between what is available now and what comes later.

Monthly Practice Lab
NAVIGATE® Practice LabA monthly 60–90 minute session applying what we learned to varied career cases: simulation, observation, feedback and discussion of career decisions.
What members get: 12 sessions a year on a published schedule.

Who is it for?
In the founding phase it is for graduates of the Certified Career Coaching Practitioner programme (CCCP), with the first cohort as the founding core. Later, joining may open to other practitioners under clear qualification and practice criteria.
Good to know
- Membership lasts 12 months from activation; renewal is annual and optional.
- Terms and fees are sent to registrants before any payment or activation.
- Membership does not automatically mean practice verification: platform visibility, client access and representing the platform follow a separate path based on quality and readiness criteria.
- Membership does not include accredited practice hours or guaranteed clients, nor ICF hours unless explicitly accredited.
- Cases are fictional or anonymised, and resources are for individual professional use.
Founding Practitioner Community
Graduation is not the end of the journey
Graduates of the first CCCP cohort are invited to be the founding core: testing and shaping the model, giving feedback and helping define the community and its standards, with founding benefits set in the final membership model. Joining is optional.
