We work in career development as a complete field, with career coaching as one of its most important methods. We serve three connected circles: individuals at every stage of the career journey, practitioners and specialists we train and equip, and organizations including universities, schools, ministries and employers.
Inside this ecosystem sit the NAVIGATE® Framework, a practitioner development programme, professional tools, direct work with individuals, and application of the methodology with educational and government institutions and employers.
Amira's long regional HR leadership gives her a grounded understanding of the labour market and of organizations: over 20 years with international companies across sectors, including 14 years as Regional HR Manager in insurance across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Egypt, Tunisia and Pakistan.

Through career development sessions and consultations, Amira has helped more than 500 clients across the Middle East, from leaders and managers to employees, job seekers and students, to discover their passion, choose the right major and path, understand their skills, values and the labour market, build their professional identity, prepare for interviews, weigh offers, and map short- and long-term career plans.
She has run many workshops for students and organizations, designed the ICF-accredited Certified Career Coaching Practitioner programme, and developed the NAVIGATE® Framework and its cards and books.
